With the main responsibility of supporting the Excellence team with all guest-related activities, you will:

Plan event flows and various event related activities, such as speaker rehearsals, smaller break-out sessions at the event, evaluations etc.
Handle guest management, which includes – but is not limited to - confirming hotel and flight bookings and hospitality arrangements
Manage location logistics, e.g. delivery of various materials, catering, setup of activities, workshops, and fixed interactive elements etc.
