A Junior Executive position can lead to a permanent position in Strategic Planning or one of our Marketing departments depending on your desire and future aspirations. In the last three years, 38 of our Junior Executives have been promoted within their first year.

The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Strategic Planning & Insights team, performing a key role in drafting and guiding company strategy through an expert understanding of the market and the competitive environment. As a Junior Executive in Commercial Planning, you will take part in the marketing planning process for Northern Europe, monitor performance of marketing activities and ensure that opportunities are being identified and addressed.
