Legal Counsel

Do you want to work in the media business, where things go fast? And are you good at commercial contracts? Then you might be the Legal Counsel we are looking for.

Your role will be to provide general support to the legal team, assisting with advertising sales/barter agreements, sponsorship agreements, competitions, standard distribution agreements and other commercial documents, primarily to support the Nordic business.

Your work day will be busy and exciting, as we are a small team in a dynamic company.

As a Legal Counsel your primary tasks will be:

• Assist with preparation and review of standard distribution agreements and other commercial agreements.
• Draft amendments, breach letters, audit notifications and termination notices.
• Liaise with distribution operations team plus affiliate sales teams in local offices to advise on legal issues and assist with contract compliance.
