Group Leader to Pharmacology Research

As Group Leader, your primarily role is to manage and develop the group members, to plan and coordinate studies in the highly interactive Pharmacology Research department, and to supervise ambitious high standards of the scientific output of the group. Further, your role will be to facilitate and improve the scientific collaboration with both internal and external customers.

Your tasks as Group Leader are varied, but include:

• Daily management of the entire group of scientists, laboratory and animal technicians ensuring personal development and a high level of information
• Participation in relevant coordination both across the Pharmacology department and other functions at Gubra ensuring a smooth collaboration on internal and external projects
• Designing, conducting and reporting of in vivo pharmacology studies in collaboration with internal and external customers
