HR Student Assistant

We are looking for a new Student Assistant to join Human Resources in ROCKWOOL International A/S, at our headquarters in Hedehusene.

As a Student Assistant in Human Resources (HR), ROCKWOOL International A/S, you will get a chance to work with back-office human resources administration and get a solid understanding of the core elements of the full employee life cycle.

You will work in the HR Administration and Payroll team and your tasks will have great variability and amongst others be:

• Support the HR team with general administrative tasks which are critical in ensuring that our operation is running smoothly, including scanning, archiving and organizing employee related data in our various information systems
• Support with recruitment related tasks, such as candidate management, coordinating interviews and helping with career fairs
