The Application Services department in Global IT plays a central role in delivering IT services that are reliable, scalable, cost efficient and meet agreed service levels. In your role as Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of services to defined business areas in LEO Pharma. You will have a close collaboration with data and process owners to ensure that the systems meet the requirements of the business. These requirements must be communicated to the external service provider and you will serve as the escalation point when issues occur, and it is your responsibility to solve these issues.
