Customer Service Consultant

Customer-focused professional - Fluent in Swedish and Danish - Based in Copenhagen.

Being part of our global Customer Service Team, you will work closely with colleagues in customer service, sales and marketing, taking care of both front and back office responsibilities. You will provide our customers with excellent and proactive customer service from our International Sales office in Copenhagen.

You will share best practice with your colleagues and keep a constant focus on continuous improvement of internal processes. Together with external sales, you will ensure that customers consider Vikan their preferred partner. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow between customers and Vikan.
