As Sitel’s new Customer Service Advisor, your responsibility will be to deliver support on behalf of Sitel’s client – a global company within the healthcare industry. Your job will be to provide service through phone and e-mail to customers and product dealers. This includes answering questions, selling products, handling complaints and other enquiries.
