We are currently recruiting for a Customer Solutions Manager, Genomics, EMEA to support our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) sales team. Through understanding of the features, benefits and applications of our products and services, you will:

Provide technical support and sales guidance by e-mail and phone to our customers and prospects and our commercial partners as well as to our Technical Sales and Account Managers throughout EMEA.
Be in close collaboration with our sales team – contact customers by e-mail and phone to progress sales opportunities and follow-up on leads to realize sales targets.
The role will involve some travelling to scientific conferences and customers providing technical/scientific seminars or discussing experimental setup and troubleshooting.
