As a Risk and Control Manager you will play a key role in designing, implementing and validating a risk and control framework for our entities across the world. The objective for you and the team is to manage risks throughout the entire value chain of PANDORA and drive continued global improvements. The value chain of PANDORA covers design, manufacturing, distribution and retail.

The position consists of the following key pillars:

continuous identification and assessment of significant risks and control design
conducting audits of our entities worldwide, both remote and on-site
facilitating our enterprise risk management process and validate actions
