We are seeking a talented and inspiring Team Lead for our Pure Implementation Team in the EMEA region. As an integral part of our global Client Services team, you will have peers in other regions, and be leading a skilled team of Project Managers based in our office in Aalborg. The team manages an increasing number of Pure implementations each year, as well as a variety of smaller projects, all related to practical use of Pure.

As Implementation Team Lead you will be responsible for implementations and Pure related projects in your region.

Lead and coach a team of implementation managers – secure and grow team talent to ensure successful delivery of Pure implementations to our clients.
Drive and refine project processes – continuously optimize and refine project processes to help scale team capacity and maximize the service quality delivered to our clients.
