Are you ready to drive productivity and continuous improvement methodologies in a high intensity manufacturing environment within one of our 3 global Strip and Film manufacturing factories?
This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership, management and control of a Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials (SCO AM) Strip factory. This role will be based in Hjörring (Denmark) and will report to the SCO AM Strips & Film Director. The position is also a member of the SCO AM Strips & Film Management Team.
Main responsibilities:
- Motivate and empower a staff of around 70 (cc 50 blue collars) through positive attitude and stimulate mindset change.
- Ensure compliance to all applicable laws and legal requirements.
- Control delegated safety, security and environmental regulations.
- Ensure timely reporting of required site information.
