You will be part of the team of engineers and technicians. The team has four main responsibilities:

Process responsibility including daily supervision and optimization to meet KPI targets for quality/economy and regulatory requirements.
Optimization activities including identifying and driving technology projects to further improve our production processes and secure future capacity.
Take part in developing and implementing long-term strategies for the department.
