Joining Novo A/S as an Accounting Assistant you will become a member of an ambitious company and a knowledgeable group of people with an international outlook.

You will be a part of our Novo Finance & Operations team, which consists of nine colleagues within Finance, Valuations, IT and Legal. The Novo Finance & Operations team is also responsible for the handling of a number of administrative tasks for the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

You will primarily handle the following tasks for both Novo and the Novo Nordisk Foundation:

  • Daily bookkeeping, handling of incoming invoices and reconciliations.
  • Payments through our Danish bank as well as our bank in the USA.
  • Reimbursements to portfolio companies and reporting to Danmarks Nationalbank.
