We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Gym Operations team in Copenhagen Denmark!
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of People, the successful HR Business Partner will serve as a partner to our Gym Ops. Management team, supporting the entire employee journey.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Support with difficult employee cases, absence dialogues, and performance issues.
- Assist in drafting field management contracts as needed.
