Are you an experienced Scrum Master and do you want to work in an international environment with cross functional teams creating highly integrated, innovative pump solutions and do you have a passion coaching the individual, so they improve?

Your responsibility will be coaching 2 cross functional development teams. You will do so by guiding them to improve ways of working to maximize value. As you will be in a multi-team setup cross team disciplines like dependency management and impediments handling beyond your own teams are important to master.
