Major Incident Manager to ensure world class handling of Major Incidents in multiple-vendor setup
Copenhagen or Aarhus
You will be part of establishing the operational setup and contribute and shape the way of working by bringing your experience to the table.
When the setup has been insourced, you will be operating as a Major Incident Manager and be responsible for the E2E major incident operations:
- Leading, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, communications, and conference-calls during major incidents
- Resolving the outage via workarounds or permanent fix as soon as possible and ensuring that the incident does not reoccur
