Join us in this role where you’ll support the organisation in strengthening the integration of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) into the organisational culture.

You’ll play an important role in:

conducting pro- and re-active field observations, interviews, and workshops to capture inputs for human factor and culture evaluations to improve safety performance and workforce wellbeing
coaching site and front-end staff by offering specialised advice around policies, processes, and best practices from a human factors perspective
