Are you an experienced LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt with an entrepreneurial mindset, that strives for continuous improvement? And do you want to drive and develop supplier relations and are you passionate about continuous improvement to support the development of innovative products that improve people’s lives? Then you might be our new Supplier Performance Engineer at Convatec Infusion Care.

You will be responsible for Supplier Performance Management (SPM) which is process of assessing supplier performance in order to identify areas where they need to improve. SPM also includes setting goals and objectives for suppliers, as well as establishing a system for monitoring and measuring progress. Additionally, SPM can help you develop contingency plans in case of disruption.
