As a production manager, you will ensure motivation and commitment, be visible and take the lead, coordinate staffing and contribute to optimising production according to defined quality standards and delivery times. As a manager, you help to ensure a high level of satisfaction among employees and continuous development of the competence level, so that employees and the department are geared to perform at the highest level.

Main tasks

Lead and motivate the mechanical part of the production
Partly run and participate in management meetings, department meetings, and production meetings
Make continuous improvement in mechanical assembly to reduce rework and lead time
