We are looking for a Head of Partnership Development with a solid background in partnership building and resource mobilization and a proven track record of creating impactful results in multi-stakeholder environments.

Main responsibilities

Lead on building a multi-million new business strategy and pipeline, securing high-value and long-term income through new national and international partnerships with Danish headquartered businesses and foundations.
Lead and develop a high-functioning Business Development team providing effective and inspiring team leadership and line management to ensure there is an integrated and seamless approach to partnership development in UNICEF Denmark
Accurately budget, forecast, and identify risks and opportunities within the new business portfolio to deliver and contribute to the Partnership Divisions' income targets.
