Our IT-OT Supporter is responsible to oversee and coordinate all IM Services related help desk and onsite support services at the locations and flag local demand. All activities are aligned with the local IT-OT Manager, as well as the IT Lead in the Netherlands.

As our new IT-OT Supporter, you are curious of nature and have a strong service mindset. You are motivated to learn more about several IT/OT systems and contributes from a local perspective (including local / country regulations) to the global IM policies, Operating Model, guidelines, and objectives.
