M&A Manager – Drive major acquisitions from A to Z

You will assist with the acquisitions of companies across the world, from formulating the M&A strategy to executing M&A transactions.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Be involved in/leading M&A projects globally
Deal sourcing (conduct market screenings)
Prepare/build business cases together with the divisional management teams, including company profile, business plan and valuation
Coordinate advisors and internal stakeholders in the due diligence process
Negotiation of transaction agreements

In this position, the level of responsibility is great, the learning curve steep and tomorrow never the same as today. When the time is right, we act. And we do so in close collaboration with top management from across the DSV organisation.
