We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Generalist with substantial knowledge of operational HR and also has the ability to be a trusted advisor to local managers and employees at our site in Skensved.

As HR Generalist you will support the entire employee lifecycle and help to ensure CP Kelco has appropriate HR Support on all matters relating to employment relations, administration, and recruitment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the company’s strategy
Participate in HR team goals and objectives and assist to establish HR measurements to support the strategic goals
Drive the development of local HR policies in alignment with applicable regulations and global principles and maintain employee handbook
