Formulation and packaging is a significant and strategic part of FMC’s operations globally. The EMEA Improvement Engineer will use their technical capabilities to make meaningful change for the organization to enable continued business growth and ensure the agility required to meet the demands of a dynamic market.

As the primary technical support of the EMEA Formulation & Packaging network, the EMEA Improvement Engineer will provide expertise to a variety of technical areas including continuous improvement, capital project execution, manufacturing support, sustainability, new product introductions, and overall process improvements while driving the safety culture of the FMC organization in daily activities.
