We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our HR daily operations. As we are beginning our journey, we are starting with Talent Acquisition tasks, process, training and development, and other tasks within the HR function. We are a small HR team, and we are supporting our HQ employees, but also our Restaurant operational units.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and implement overall recruiting processes and Employer Branding initiatives across the whole Scandinavian market (SE/DE/NO)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as per requirements
HR support of operational tasks as per need
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/portals/newspapers/colleges etc
