As the Finance Director (FD) you will lead the finance function at the Estée Lauder Companies in the Nordic affiliate. You will report to the Nordic General Manager (GM) and indirectly to the VP of Finance in EMEA. As a key member of the leadership team in the Nordic affiliate, you will be the business partner in advising the GM on strategic and operational matters.

Your Key Responsibilities

Offer unique insight into the organization born from a deep understanding of the of the financials, the market, industry, business and categories.
Develops and implements solutions to address actions based on insights, either to mitigate critical risk or capitalized on opportunity.
Manages the efficient delivery of major, planned, new, high impact financial and business services programmes and projects across organization.
