Your job as Process Owner for Deviations & Continuous Improvement will be to:

  • Own and maintain Policies, SOPs and Work instructions for the process
  • Participate in the Change Advisory Board for Veeva Quality (our QMS IT system)
  • Define & assist in test/validation of features in Veeva Quality
