Quality Manager
Smørum
We are seeking a quality manager to manage and mature the strategic and tactical quality assurance processes at Lithium Balance and to drive integration with Sensata in relation to quality assurance and our clean Energy journey.
The job will include
- Leading the quality team – currently with 2 talented employees
- Continually developing and maintaining the company’s existing ISO9001 system to support rapid growth
- Aligning quality processes in Lithium Balance towards automotive standards (eg. IATF16949, APQP) and with the overall QMS in Sensata (Lithium Balance was acquired by Sensata in January 2021)
- Performing internal audits within Manufacturing, Sales, R&D and Management, and ensuring adherence to quality processes across all departments in Lithium Balance
