Director, RETL Program Office (Rotor Blade Testing)

You will lead a team of project managers and organize all full-scale rotor blade test programs on internal LM test rigs or at external suppliers in close cooperation with our competent test engineering section. This includes strategic initiatives to secure the availability of capacity both internal to LM test rigs, and development of capacity availability and commercial agreements externally.
You coordinate activities between blade design engineering, test engineering and the Test Laboratory, and communicate progress and timelines to stakeholders.
