In Service and Installation, we strive to go the extra mile for your customers each day. You will support and assist in various task in relation to increase and secure continuously field service excellence improvements and associated measurements.

Furthermore, you will be working with:

Developing reports to track performance of specific areas in service, to secure continuously service excellence performance (as example, HC Utilization, Remaining vacation/overtime statistics, etc.)
Assist in specific service excellence development projects/tasks – hereunder execution of specific assigned projects or actions from Group Service strategy
Participate and support in relevant Field Service business excellence projects
