Do you have experience with digital services? And would you like to help us pioneer Customer Success in Grundfos by helping us establish and grow this new function to world-class?

As Digital Specialist, your job is to drive excellence in the commercial scaling of our many digital offerings. You will contribute to our mission of developing best-in-breed digital Go-to-Market capabilities and support Grundfos divisions in establishing marketing, sales, and customer success excellence around their digital offerings within SaaS, industrial IoT and similar.

Doing so, you will work closely with Grundfos Digital Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM) and Service Delivery teams as well as stakeholders in Group functions and external partners of Grundfos.
