Group Financial Controller with transfer pricing competences

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Masterfile and local files for Terma Group companies, Function, Risk and Asset analyses and the like.
• manage related internal procedures, benchmark studies and permanent establishment.
• carry out financial controlling for foreign group companies regarding financial statements, contact to external auditors, preparation of audit documentation and internal various controlling.
