Right now, we are going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan, in 2020 we successfully launched 6 new markets and increased the size of our Customer Care Team significantly, as well as expanded our support to 24hour live support.

Therefore we need a talented productive German Customer Care Team leader, to be a motivating and supporting POC for our Customer Care Heroes supporting Germany, leading to fast reply, excellent support and short resolution time for our customers inquiries. The Team leader will work productively on all Miinto’s customer care contact channels alongside their fellow team members.

You will become part of an international, diverse team of ambitious and dedicated subject matter experts to inspire and support you.
