We are looking for a People Development Manager to be part of our People Development team in Caverion Group HR. People Development team drives common strategic people development activities and projects to support key business objectives and to improve employee experience, engagement, performance, and productivity.

Your key responsibilities will include:

you have the ownership of our Listening to Employees concept and you will ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable employee engagement, pulse -, exit-, and onboarding surveys. You will also be responsible to ensure that the outcomes of these surveys are utilized in our businesses.
working with the resourcing related topics like recruitment process development, candidate experience, employee value proposition etc.
