Marel (NASDAQ: MAREL; AEX: MAREL) is looking to hire a Software and Digital Legal Counsel based in Scandinavia or the US to support continued growth. The Software and Digital Legal Counsel is a member of Marel’s Legal team and acts as a key partner and legal adviser to the business regarding all legal software and digital matters. This position will support the Marel Innova software business and Marel’s Digital Transformation Team.

You will be responsible for providing legal support by drafting and negotiating various standard and non-standard contracts and related documents, including software license and service agreements and related information security schedules, SOWs, non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, vendor agreements, distribution, reseller, managed service provider and other channel agreements.
