Strategic Workforce Planning Lead (m/d/f)

Join us in this role where you’ll bring visibility of workforce needs looking two to three years ahead. You’ll enable a long-term vision in new markets and geographies, supporting proactive planning of talent activities, e.g., ensuring long-term local talent through early careers and upskilling. Data does exist, but it gets less accurate over time.

You’ll play an important role in:

setting the intention by providing a clear steer to inform and guide strategic workforce planning and decisions, whilst supporting HR Business Partners on defining the strategic need for talent
delivering on plans and creating an action plan for how to address the gap
actioning the activities to deliver on the plan, incl. collating key questions and insights to support discussion on longer-term work
