Are you passionate about beer and the ingredients that make the beer? Do you want to impact innovation at Carlsberg, and both lead and drive our exploratory and commercial research activities? Then you probably could be our future Director of the New Ingredients Platform at the Carlsberg Research Laboratory.

You will be responsible, both strategically and operationally, for the New Ingredients Platform at Carlsberg Research Laboratory.

Your primary tasks and responsibility include:

Develop and drive a research strategy for the New Ingredients platform to support long-term competitiveness.
Design, lead and drive the New Ingredients research programme to deliver a range of exploratory and commercial outcomes.
Recruit, mentor and supervise top scientists as well as foster a supportive and inclusive research culture in line with Carlsberg’s values.
