In Danfoss Power Solutions we are looking for a Plant Director to lead our manufacturing site in Nordborg. You will be part of the Steering Leadership Team and head the Nordborg site with 300+ employees.

If you are someone that can help Power Solutions grow our business through excellence in manufacturing - ensuring all manufacturing and supply chain processes are optimized and cost-effective and can set clear direction, motivate, and lead a strong team within Sourcing, Planning, Production, Quality and Engineering then this may be the role for you!

The Plant Leader will have/be:

Full end-to-end responsibility of all daily operations and drive all processes that will maximize safety, quality, delivery and costs (SQDC).
Responsible for driving our manufacturing excellence strategy to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
