Do you like to make an impact? Take lead on setting our HR direction for our tech platform teams?
Join our HR Team as an HR Partner for our Tech platform consisting of 150 outstanding Developers and Engineers. Our platform teams are growing and currently based in Malmö, Copenhagen, Århus, Vilnius and Poznan.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as a partner to our Platform Leaders by providing them with the needed support as well as coordinate team and leadership development initiatives.
- Take a leading strategic and operational role in working with employee engagement, development and retention in our platform teams
- Lead and support our HR Tech Recruiters across the teams
