The Clinical and Medical Affairs Team is responsible for:

• Providing clinical and scientific knowledge and expertise
• Providing strategic direction to enable timely development and implementation of the clinical program
• Externally leading scientific discussions with regulatory agencies, investigators, and external experts

Your key area of responsibility will be to lead the team of Clinical Study Managers and Clinical Research Associates including but not limited to performance management, talent management and capability building.
