With direct report to the Director of Programs, the Technical Lead (TL) is technically responsible for parts/products, documents & technical issues on products related to an F-35 Program, and the TL will be working very closely with the Program Manager and the production teams to ensure a smooth production and on-time delivery in correct quality to our customers in cooperation with the entire organization.

Your primary tasks will be:

To ensure that technical requirements (product) from the contracts are met
To be the driver of and responsible for all technical initiatives for improving manufacturing parts
You will be working closely with Industrial Engineering to find optimization on products
