We are looking for an Innovation Engineer to help develop new concepts for blade production equipment, tools and molds.

Roles and responsibilities

Ideate patentable concepts in line with innovation strategy.
Develop concepts into commercially viable product offerings that fit the current and future product portfolio in accordance with the concept stage gate development process.
Preparation and documentation of a final new product development handover package in the form of source data and design rules.
