Customer Support Specialist

You will be an essential part of our Global Support team. Your focus will be to own, prioritize, troubleshoot, and build a response plan from the simple to more complex customer support issues related to our products and platform. You will work in coordination with your Dev teammates to ensure that our customers are quickly and successfully overcome any technical issues they may face when using our platform.
