German-speaking Dealer Services Associate

Our Dealer Services Associate understands the importance of providing an exceptional experience to our customers, dealers and Territory Managers. This role requires an outgoing, problem-solving personality. You understand and know how to talk to – and set yourself into the customers place. You will ensure that all contacts are followed up within a timely manner and to everybody’s satisfaction.

The assigned territory will be in Germany so you must be fully fluent/native-speaking in German. Because our corporate language is English, it’s a requirement that you both speak and read English as well.

Sales Operations Job Duties:

Owns all operational duties for an assigned region
Actively reaches out to current customers to understand how we can improve our service
Supports Territory Managers and Field Sales Team
