IT Service Desk Technician to Eurofins

Eurofins National Service Center (NSC) supports all Danish Eurofins companies with book-keeping, finance, reporting, purchasing, payroll and staff administration, legal advisory service, insurance and IT - allowing the operational companies to focus on operation, sales and customers.

We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Engineer, who will act as the first point of contact for Managed Service customers. The primary objective of the role is to provide quick resolution. This will be achieved by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues at the first point of contact and/or escalating the error to one of our 2nd line teams to investigate and resolve. Throughout the process you will remain the single point of contact with the customer and maintaining ownership, while providing timely updates and ensuring the error is given the correct level of priority and attention.
