We are now looking for an energized and passionate People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner to join us on the journey.

As a P&O Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers and associates on all topics on the moments that matter.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Be the first point of escalation for all leaders and managers on their day-to-day P&O topics, providing advice, and support
Provide credible P&O Business Partnering to people leaders, manager and associates offering advice and guidance on the moments that matter.
Drive quality, effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement for P&O Partner and related processes
