We are recruiting for a Qualified Lawyer with experience in the commodities sector ideally with specific knowledge in gas and power trading and/or power production asset management. The successful candidate must be fluent in English.

The job holder will be required to manage a varied legal work load. Key areas will include:

Providing strategic legal advice to the business to assist with the negotiation of agreements
Participate in project groups / work groups giving legal advice/assessment
Working as part of project teams either for transactional work or to help implement new processes, products and systems such as approving new strategic business initiatives, new products and entry into new geographical jurisdictions
