As our new Corporate Compliance Specialist you will join the global Legal Department and closely collaborate with our corporate legal team in Budapest and with experienced colleagues worldwide. You will report directly to Head of Legal Regulatory and be responsible for corporate administration and corporate governance. Moreover, you will be responsible for:

Managing the ongoing administration of approximately 130 subsidiaries of Grundfos Group
General company administration (the yearly wheel of board meetings, general meetings, powers of attorney, maintaining the corporate documentation, minority shareholder communication, registration of beneficial ownership and statutory compliance)
Administration of board meetings
