As Client Coordinator for Sweden, you will handle incoming inquiries by phone and mail to advice our customers - both specialists and partners. You will take care of all the administration, to fulfil the strict compliance requirements when working in Sweden. It can be questions about employee solutions and contracts, payroll, relocations and work permits.

Your tasks will be:

  • Contact, advice and servicing of foreign specialists and customers via email and phone
  • Preparation and extension of contracts and cooperation agreements, registration and payslips
  • Communication with Swedish authorities/municipalities
